In this day and age it is vital to learn how to defend you and your family from various threats. You only have to watch the news to see that violent crimes are on the rise. This workshop will give you the tools required to be a victor not a victim and is suitable for everyone from 12 years of age and older. Participants 12 to 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Important points:
This workshop is suitable for any fitness level and will be both a theory and practical scenario based application
workshop. This workshop is not a fighting course it is more of a fighting prevention and overall safety
workshop.
